For small business owners like myself the holidays are a special reminder to take a breath and recognize the incredible journey we’re on. Although sometimes we may find ourselves working, steering the ship during the holiday season we have a extra special appreciation for those on our team that are dedicated to the journey with us.

Running a small business can often be late nights, early mornings, and a to-do list that never seems to end. But it’s also an opportunity to build something meaningful, connect with amazing people, and contribute to the community in ways that go far beyond transactions. And for that, I am profoundly thankful.
