Blossom Martindale is the Founder and CEO of Kegazel, LLC. With over 25 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry, she has been helping small businesses thrive for most of her career. As a business owner of an agency, she cultivated her expertise. As a former corporate executive she honed in on her skills and specializations and is now helping other small business owners make their sales processes more lean, drive success through their growth plans and recruit teams that can crush it! With an MBA focused on entrepreneurship under her belt, she also holds industry designations: ChFC, CLU, RICP and AIC. In her spare time Ms. Martindale enjoys mentoring young women, networking and building relationships, salsa dancing, traveling, watching Bloomberg News, reading and serving in her local church.

Azael Martindale-Hernandez is the Marketing Manager and Employee Onboarding Assistant at Kegazel, LLC. She is dedicated to ensuring that the hiring process is seamless and efficient for the client. She holds an MBA with a concentration in International Business from Florida International University. With over five years of experience in the PR, customer service and insurance industries, Azael aids in expanding the services offered at Kegazel, LLC and takes a strategic approach to creating processes that make the business lean. In her spare time she enjoys walking the trails, reading and journaling.
Claudia Maravilla is a married mother of three children, living in Powder Springs. Claudia obtained a
Foreign Bachelor of Science before immigrating to the US. She also holds a
Paralegal Certificate and an a
ctive GA Property & Casualty license and a
ctive GA Life, Accident & Sickness license. Claudia is passionate about helping the Hispanic community understand the best insurance options for their needs. Claudia is our Bilingual Trainer and she is a natural leader when it comes to training new agent hires in the systems and processes of the business.
Samantha Ortiz is the State Licensing Tutor at Kegazel, LLC. Her passion for learning has gifted her with the opportunity to teach aspiring insurance agent team members how to understand and score highly on the state insurance licensing exams. Samantha breaks down the information in a way that is digestible and easy to recall. Samantha enjoys helping others develop and reach their goals in the insurance world. She has a true passion for teaching and is a wonderful resource to everyone that she helps.
Angel Williams is the owner and founder of Sunset Concierge LLC and one of our dynamic Lead Trainers. She is also the co-founder of The Telepros, a full-service business firm that helps create opportunities to help insurance agencies grow. Named Angel after her Aunt who passed away at a young age of only 6 weeks
after her dream wedding. Angel grew up with firsthand exposure to the lasting effects of the trauma of death.
Professionally Angel started off her career as a certified accountant after college and made her way into the insurance industry. With over 10 years of management experience, her ability to dissect big overwhelming projects into small manageable tasks and guiding you through the process is seamless. She also strongly promotes incorporating simple self care methods to cope through the most daunting of times.
Angel enjoys mentoring young women and delivers handwritten notes and cards to those who might need their day brightened.
MJ Oviedo is one of our Senior Coaches at Kegazel LLC and is also the Managing Partner of Solena LLC, a turnkey family business that focuses on apartment readiness. MJ has over 10 years of sales experience with seven of those years in the insurance field. She has obtained her Property & Casualty License as well as the Life & Health License for the state of Georgia.
Born in Ecuador and raised in New York, MJ has a passion for coaching and consulting. She digs into processes that will help clients be more efficient in their day-to-day work activities. She has an Associates in Business Administration and a Bachelor's in Marketing.
Espozito James is the Voiceover Technician at Kegazel, LLC. He works on all of our training and promotional videos (most importantly the one on our Homepage! Make sure you check I out!). Espozito is an entrepreneur at heart, he currently resides in Toronto, Canada and runs his own commercial cleaning business. Before running his business he was in banking for over 15 years. The skills he learned in corporate helped him to make the transition as a business owner. He enjoys creative work such as radio and podcast skits, traveling and exercising.
Kegan Martindale-Hernandez is the Tech Support at Kegazel, LLC. He helps with a fix for any technical issues that may arise with our business software. Kegan recently obtained an Associates of
Aeronautical Science
from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and has recently received his Private Pilot’s license. In his spare time he enjoys gaming, golfing, drawing, 3D modeling and leisure flying.
Derek Hardmon has 20 years of experience in information technology with an emphasis on information
security. His expertise includes computer operations management, risk reporting, incident monitoring
and vendor management. Derek is the Cyber Security Specialist at Kegazel, LLC Currently Derek is the President of Security Technology Consultants, a
Managed Security Service Provider.
Derek assists with developing polices that reflect your
organization’s goals and business strategies. He also helps to secure our organizations data to ensure our clients privacy.
Rose Fonseca resides in Upstate NY and while not a native New Yorker she does consider New York home. She is one of our Bilingual Recruitment Trainers. Rose
has experienced numerous successes within a Fortune 15 corporation spanning several decades. This vast experience covers marketing, digital and social media, corporate events management, and sales process improvement. A secondary passion includes community activism that supports Latinx, women's rights, and leadership. Rose has retired from her corporate position and is now using her expertise on the Kegazel team!
For fun Rose loves to travel. She is an avid journal keeper and aspiring writer.
Kegazel, LLC was formed in 2006. The name deriving from a combination of our CEO’s children’s names. This family business was re-characterized in 2018 to include business consulting, coaching and recruitment firm.
