Nicole Mitchell, PHR is President/Lead Consultant at HR Biz Group. She is a Certified Professional with working knowledge of current HR policies and best practices.  Her primary area of expertise is the development of organizational structure and enhancing company stability. Nicole has 15+ years of professional experience in retail, state and federal government, as well as the private sector. Nicole lends her expertise to us as a Human Resources Consultant. She provides a unique perspective on employee relations and company needs. Nicole also applies a hands-on approach to drive proven results based in practical application not just in theory.

Karrah Jacobs is the Recruitment Manager at Kegazel, LLC, dedicated to assisting with

client accounts. Mrs. Jacobs has a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in

Human Resource Management from Saint Leo University and over six years’ experience in her

field. Karrah's strategic approach in organization maximizes recruitment and administrative

support. As a remote assistant, she finely balances her duties with Kegazel, LLC along with working for an affiliate HR company, and motherhood as a full-time stay-at-home mom to her energetic baby boy. Her favorite hobbies include powerlifting, writing, and staying caught up on the latest HR

After a slight change in her career path, she joined

in their career. Sam is a laid back, positive

person that always looks for the best in

everything and everyone. Sam has vast experience in the customer service industry and enjoys helping people in their careers.

Edna Martinez is one of our Senior Recruiters. Edna helps us to interview candidates and make informed decisions on the best talent to move forward for hiring. She has extensive experience working with insurance agents in their offices and working with the customers in the community. She understands what our clients are looking for in terms of talent. Edna is a wonderful asset to the team! Outside of work Edna enjoys daily walks and is currently walking 10 miles a day training for a marathon.

Meet Jamie Jacopelle, she a Recruiter on board with Team Access! Jamie is married with three lovely boys and two cats. She has over ten years of experience as an administrative assistant with a passion for human resources and customer service. Jamie is currently pursuing a bachelor degree in Human Resource Management to further pursue her passions in the field. Her hobbies include reading and gardening.

Meet Semieon Griffin, he is our Recruiting Administrator on Team Access! Semieon has worked in the insurance and financial services industry for the last three years. He recently joined Team Access and brought his customer service savvy to the team to aid in connecting qualified candidates to our clients.

Meet Kerol Mcleod, she is a seasoned Recruiter. Kerol has over 15 years of experience delivering results within the recruiting space. She is passionate about sourcing strategist, excelling at developing professional partnerships and strong relationship management skills. In her spare time Kerol enjoys coaching, playing and watching basketball. She also loves to travel, spend quality time with friends and family and serve her community with her Alpha Kappa Alpha sisters.
