Working From Home as the “New Norm” - Post Covid

Working from home has slowly become the new normal for Americans across the country. Companies large, mid-size and small have made the pivot to work from home for the safety of their employees.

Work from home is preferred amongst employees but some companies have started to call their employees back to the office. Specifically in the finance and banking space, offices across the US and in the UK have called their employees back to the office 4-5 days a week.
